Founded in 2014 by chef Antoine Laurent, Maison Aurum is the quiet result of three decades spent in the kitchens of Paris, Tokyo, and Copenhagen — a place where every plate is a sentence and the menu is a single, long love letter.
We work with thirty-seven family farms within a two-hour drive. The fire is lit at five. Bread is pulled at six. By the time you sit down, sixteen pairs of hands have prepared the room for exactly one night — yours.
